For all those wondering, yes the sale is still on. I am unaware of any issues caused by the recent tropical system that came through. PLUS the weather forecast is looking absolutely fabulous!!! PLEASE HELPM ME PROMOTE THIS EVENT by liking and sharing this information (including in local yard sale groups on Facebook) plus encouraging people to set up to sell as well as buy. It's a great time to get ready for the upcoming winter months by selling things you no longer need. It's also a great time to get a bargain on things you do need. One person's trash is often another's treasure! I know they are paving and adding a turning lane on Hwy. 111 through the Byrdstown area (I am hoping they will get it done this week before the sale starts. It looked like they were about to the paving portion this morning as I came in to work. But just know, they are always a potential on any road this time of year.)
