UPDATE : The screening/art exhibit of A Long Hard Streak has been postponed to March 15, 2025 at 2:30 pm.

We've been working on this for a while, and am excited to announce a special screening and art exhibit of Billy Dean Anderson's art at the Historic Clay County Courthouse in Celina, TN on January 25th at 2:30pm! This will be the only chance to see some of these privately-owned works of art in person.

We will screen A Long Hard Streak at 2:30pm. After the film, owners of authentic Billy Dean Anderson artwork will share their paintings, drawings, and carvings with the audience. We encourage all art owners to come and participate, and would love to hear the oral history and story of each individual piece. Please contact [email protected] if you or someone you know has a work of art created by Billy.

This wouldn't be possible without the support of Tennessee Arts Commission, Evangeline Mee, Kay Conatser, and the community.

Tennessee Songwriters Week is a celebration of the songwriters and craft that put Tennessee on the map, celebrated with qualifying rounds, then showcases the last full week of February. The goal of Tennessee Songwriters Week is to support music venues, support songwriters with live performances, drive visitation and inspire travelers to experience the state's music stories, history, attractions and venues.

The Clay County Fair Board is hosting a “Hot Meal Express” these meals are provided at no cost to children in the Clay County community while supplies last. Feel free to share this with families who might benefit! 🎄
