Let’s talk about why trips like this are so important. To be a good travel advisor I need to see the properties that I am sending people. I need to meet the staff and make connections with them. I need to talk with other advisors and learn from them. This particular event is also amazing because not only am I learning from other very successful travel advisors, but I am learning from industry leaders about what’s trending in the market, what new technology and tools are emerging for us, and ultimately how to better run my business and plan better trips for you.

In our general session yesterday we learned about some new properties coming soon, trends in what people are booking for their vacations, some behind the scenes information about how the travel world works, and how to better serve my clients to make their vacations even better than before.

That’s some powerful stuff! These trips arent just a vacation for me. These trips are how I grow into a top producing advisor and how I make more epic adventures for all of you. Thank you for understanding when an email is a little delayed because I’ll be returning home with so much more confidence and knowledge to make your trip that much more special

I’m thrilled to announce that I have been selected to attend Future Leaders in Travel in Anchorage, Alaska this year!! Future Leaders brings together like-minded advisors between the ages of 22 and 40. While there, I’ll expand my book of business through one-on-one meetings, attend collaborative content sessions focused on my personal and professional development, and build lifelong relationships with other attendees.

The travel industry is large, so to be selected as one of this year’s attendees is a HUGE accomplishment and one I am not taking lightly. Thanks , and everyone else who has a role in this event. So beyond honored! ❤️

I LOVE a good girls trip. My bach trip is coming up in about a month and to say I’m excited is an understatement! I have no idea where we are going. I won’t know until we land which adds a super fun element to the trip. But what I’m most excited for is to just hang with my girls and have some quality time before wedding madness really takes off.

I just got asked about a passport BOOK versus a passport CARD. Great question so I wanted to share here too! In short, you DONT need the passport card, but you DO need the passport book! You cannot travel international air with a passport card so please make sure you have a regular passport BOOK for all international travel. (See picture) Also, a passport is a REAL ID which that requirement goes into effect this May. However, I still think everyone should make their drivers license a REAL ID. I also always travel with my passport even domestically now to keep things easy and covered 👍🏼
