And just like that, the Kindness Conference is over! I have so many feelings right now. I am full of gratitude and appreciation for the week, and also sadness that it’s over! I already miss my friends. 😭

The Kindness Conference is so special. It truly is one of a kind in the industry and the fact that I was part of something so big gives me all the feels.

On the flight yesterday I was reflecting on my life and my career over the last 4 years. I remember when I started this business I was so nervous it wouldnt work out. I was nervous that I wouldnt live up to my potential or that my big dreams were too big for reality. Little did I know this industry would change me and be bigger than anything I could ever have dreamed about. 🥰

What I have learned is that this business is all about relationships. I am only successful because of the incredible people in my life. To Jacki and everyone at ALG Vacations, thank you so much for believing in me and trusting me to be a Kindness Coach. Im forever grateful for the support you give agents. It’s bigger than you know.

To the other coaches (the couches hahah inside joke) ya’ll freaking rock! We are a great team and I loved working with you all! Excited to see where we go from here!

To all the attendees, thank you for stepping outside your comfort zone and joining a movement of kindness to yourself, to others, and in travel. You are changing the industry for the better and I’m so lucky to have met you all!

Together, we can make a difference!

Next weekend I am heading to Punta Cana for the ALGV Kindness Conference as one of the coaches! An opportunity I am so honored to have. Part of the conference we do a give back day for the local community as a way to leave a little kindness in the destination we are visiting.

ALG Vacations® Advisor Give Back is committed to supporting the Cañada Honda Rural School and Fundación Un Mundo Mejor Para La Niñez Desamparada orphanage, ensuring every child has a safe and inspiring environment to thrive in.

As I prepare for my trip to Punta Cana, I am collecting donations to support these organizations. During our time in Punta Cana, we will volunteer and assist with minor repairs and renovations at the school and orphanage.

You all know I am passionate about this. Humanitarian travel is very close to my heart. I’ve been to South Africa, Cambodia, Thailand, Mexico, and now Dominican Republic for service work and I just love that so much. 🥰

I’ve been keeping a secret for months and I’m so excited to share with you that I have been selected to be a Kindness Conference Coach! 🎉

What does this mean exactly? Well first, you might remember how I attended the Kindness Conference last year and it was incredible. This conference is all about kindness to yourself, to your clients, and in the travel world.

Well this year ALGV chose 5 people who they say embody the kindness mission they are set out to achieve, and I was one of the 5 chosen! This is an incredible accomplishment and honestly I’m most proud that I am seen as a kind person. All the awards and accolades mean nothing compared to the mark I leave on people. So this is an amazing honor and experience. 🥰
