It fits on top of your roller and also under the airplane seat. The bag expands and has the perfect number of compartments plus a water bottle holder. Just unzip the bottom and you have room for your purchases, shoes, etc. Plus it folds into a neat square if you need to pack an extra bag for all of your purchases. These bags were a big hit with our October guests.

What’s the big deal about the wine windows in Florence? These small windows date back to the 1500s as a way for wine making families to remove the middleman and avoid taxes, which helped Cosimo de Medici’s popularity. In the 1600s they were used during the bubonic plague and in 2020 they were used during the Covid pandemic. There are believed to be 285 wine windows in Florence, although not are all operational. We found 3 of them! Cin cin!

I forgot about these gems! Capturing memories by hiring a photographer while we were in Rome. We had a 30 minute session at the Spanish Steps right before sunset. It was not expensive and I highly recommend it! I was with my beautiful sisters and mother. Memories I will cherish forever. I miei amori.

We asked for a light, healthy dinner and our chef Eduardo exceeded expectations with not one but three delicious and unique salads incorporating the season’s veggies. Another amazing chef-prepared dinner at our villa. Thanks Eduardo!
