What a lovely surprise visit! Artist, KiKi Neumann, stopped by the cottage today en route to her booth at Round Top. In 1981, she bought the cottage and moved it from Brenham to Chappell Hill. The land and cottage cost her $26k back then😲. She owned it for 30 years and called it the “Healing House” as many of her friends used it as a healing sanctuary during life’s difficult moments. Her father brought the Willkommen sign when he escaped from Germany🇩🇪. What a pleasure and blessing🙏🏼 to finally meet her and her friend, Tanna Bennett, who is also a wonderful artist.

Happy 1st Friday of 2024! We had a truly magical time visiting TMR Rescue Inc. in Navasota and loving on the rescued donkeys and horses. We fed them carrots and they gave us kisses. We planned for a 2 hour visit but...7 hours later....Lol! A barrel of laughs; Guaranteed to make you grin from ear-to-ear (non-stop). If you visit, don't forget to take carrots or celery. Tell Mr. Johnny, the owner, that we said "Howdy!". See their FB page or website to view events (you can walk a donkey the 1st Saturday of each month). Reservations required. If you'd like to send the donkeys items from their Amazon wishlist, I'll post the link in the comment section below. They only have 3 items listed, which makes it's easy to browse and purchase. TMR = The Miracle Ranch has all sizes available for adoption or fostering. The blonde donkey smiling in the photo is a mammoth donkey (he loves to give kisses). Such a sweet toot! BONUS TIP: Threshold Vineyards is a few miles away. TMR does donkey meet and greets at the winery to raise awareness and funds.

Brought my foster pups to the cottage to help decorate the Christmas tree🎄🤔. As you’ll see, they love the new sights, smells, sounds🦌. They were rescued from the Houston streets🐾. I’ll be posting a raffle fundraiser to raise funds for the rescue group♥️. Your choice of a new authentic Gucci purse👜 or cottage🏡 stay. 🌟 Exciting Alert! 🌟 I’ll be posting a raffle fundraiser for a new Gucci purse👛 to help cover Daisy’s vet bills. My spouse, Michael Kovacik - JLA Realty, found her on the Houston streets.
