and his pops took advantage of the beautiful ocean yesterday! We snuck away from our normal routine of inshore fishing and took off to the reef with a load of fiddler crabs from that were fresh and feisty!! We had great action throughout the trip with multiple double headers including this one and Shane with a trophy Sheepshead weighing in at 12 pounds!! I even got to catch a few but Shane was showing me up pretty good so I decided to go back to net man🤣

While in the Bahamas a few weeks ago I got to dive for lobster for the first time. My favorite part was being immersed in a different world and experiencing how the different fish and crustaceans interacted with one another! Who else enjoys diving for lobster and what’s your favorite part of the experience?!

Great sheepshead action at the reef today on both trips. Afternoon crew had a passenger with some seasickness so we went inshore for the last hour and a half. We didn’t even get a sniff inshore. Glad I spent most of the day at the reef and it was the perfect day for it!!

"The jump"! Turn up the volume for some intense emotion!! Capt. Seth couldn't have said it better, "watch your legs!!!!!" #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #Repost @seth_funt ・・・ “Watch ya legs !!!!” - as I go back through tons and tons of footage of Saturday’s fish I’m reminded how important working as a team is. We fought this fish for two hours with two harpoon ropes, The fish took both down to 600 feet and battled us out. The fish came on our buoy rod which was a @hookerelectricreels @fish_shimano_north_america 50w with a detachable motor drive - @captmichaelgrant was able to pick up the outfit and handcrank the fish gently to the boat so we were able to place the first harpoon - @badashoutdoors captured some great footage including this video of the boat side jump - #wolfpack @pfitz88 @airborne_stranger Jeff Kolo and the @humminbirdfishing were standing by and captured most of the footage which at the end of the day might be the most valuable second only to the beautiful pumpkin sword steaks we will all share with family and friends. #vmchooks @craftyonecustoms @teamthreebuoys @reeltimecharterschas Congratulations on your first day time Sword Fish good luck topping that one !
