One of my all time favorite restaurants in Charleston is Pink Bellies! I love love love their Garlic Noodles, Spicy Lamb Dumplings and Brussel sprouts. Yum! Great atmosphere and gracious servers. The Tres Coop Rif and the Pho Cocktail are very fun! Enjoy~

This is my ride or die crew right here! (from left to right Penny, Tracy and me.) Pure joy. ✨This is the Summer excitement you feel when you know Summer is here. School is out and it is time to play. The only thing we cared about was having fun. As an adult, it is sometimes easy to forget to have fun. Freedom is one of my core values (I am a Sagittarius after all.) I am a rat in a cage without it. I go into scarcity mode and frankly I become quite unattractive. How do you get out from underneath all of the heaviness? Shifting gears and the willingness to change can be tough. Changing my mind and starting with the little things that bring me joy is my first step. I have returned to my yoga practice after 4 years and reclaimed my foundation. I am always working on my balance though.😆 Connection and Gratitude are key players in getting over my hump. Connecting with my family and friends brings me so much joy. Noticing crazy cloud patterns and feeling the waves from the ocean make me happy. I am grateful for this beautiful planet we live on.

Happy Father's Day, Dad! I love you. Being goofy with my man! We keep eachother laughing, that’s for sure. At eachother, with eachother and around eachother. He definitely brings out the best in me and I am so grateful. Before I met Kenny, I asked many couples “how did you know?” And the same answer everytime is “You just know.” I thought it was a bunch of hoopla. Blah Blah Blah. I would have to be hit over the head with a bat to “Just know.” 😆 So, I go on living my life in this cycle of falling in and out of love. Then I took a breather. (Basically, covid hit and put my life on hold.) I had a lot of time to get to know and love myself. Life after covid resumes and then enters Kenny. I knew after the third week of dating that this was special. My Dad even likes him. That’s big.

Forgiveness and humor are the threads that hold us together.

I am beyond happy and grateful that our worlds collided
