Julie, our latest return guest - in her third stay at Howard’s Pond, got out in the community and shared a photo from their adventure riding on these fellows at Ocoee Horseride! Just a few minutes from The Cottage and the Loft - it’s sure to become a tradition for more guests in the future!

Rob had a fun adventure with John, a guest, as well as a Hutch & Howard Real estate client this week! Aside from getting to host a wonderful guest from Utah, he learned that John was considering relocating!

After a few tours we found that we expect will be an ideal spot for him to become a brand-new Tennessean!

While the process was unfolding, we made a fun detour by the ”Birthplace of Sequoyah” museum in , TN. Since both guys were history buffs the museum was a great stop. Rob had always wanted to go and John got to learn about interesting and connections been his current home state and his new one!

Rob learned about how family ancestor “Chief John Ross” figured into the Sequoyah story and enjoyed an invigorating, if sprinkled with wind and rain, tour of the grounds!
