Wine Pick of the Week: The Halcyon 2014 Lodi Chardonnay offers light aromatics of citrus in the attack. Some freshly baked cupcake, meringue and vanilla aromatics appear. A good acidity and a touch of citrus and spice provide a strong mouthfeel in the middle with a long finish. Serve it chilled with cheeses such as Provolone, Gorgonzola or Brie.

Wine Pick of the Week: The Fleur Bleu Seven Petals Blend has seven components: 45% Cabernet Pfeffer, 22% Syrah, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 5% Mourvèdre, 2% Grenache and 2% Tannat. This wine exhibits bright red fruit characters of cherry, cranberry and blackberry. The nose quickly matures to aromas of black pepper, licorice & caramel. These flavors are strong, warm and inviting. Enjoy this wine with strong cheeses like Blue or Gorgonzola.

Wine Pick of the Week: The Fleur Bleu 2013 California White Bouquet is a refreshing and pleasingly fragrant wine with aromas of citrus and apricot. The wine is soft and round, with clean lines in the mouth. Lemon and raw almond flavors come through in the finish. Easy to drink, this dry to off-dry wine works well as an aperitif, and pairs perfectly with cheeses like Brie or Camembert.

Enjoy the Wine Pick of the Week, the Table White Wine. This wine has a very delicate nose of light white flowers - with citrus characters of grapefruit, orange zest and lemon. This medium-bodied blend is delicate and engaging, with a good balance between acidity and sweetness. Semi-soft cheeses such as Monterey Jack, Swiss or Camembert pair well with this wine.
