FREE PARKING GARAGES DOWNTOWN OPEN NOW: Expect road closures and flooding downtown this week. It is important to park your vehicle at a high elevation. Here is the current list of free downtown parking garages. Queen Street Parking Garage will open at 5 p.m. today as well. Stay safe!
