🎶 🎢 “I got this feeling inside my bones”...you’re going to LOVE THIS! 🩷 A much anticipated family-friendly area at Universal Studios is now open and if the littles in your life (at least 36" tall) love the "Trolls" movie franchise, you’re in luck! 🌥️ At the brand new Dreamworks Land, join Poppy, Branch and the rest of the troll pals for a ride on the Trollercoaster. What a perfect name! It’s short, sweet and just enough thrill for an introduction to roller coasters.

🛝 🍦 🎤 There’s also a playground, sweet treats, entertainment, character meets and so much to explore throughout the land. They built this vibrant animation-comes-to-life environment with young families in mind and they definitely hit the mark! 🎯

😱 The “Trolls” fun features are just a small part of what makes Dreamworks Land so special and a place you’ll want to bring the kids. Experience Kung-Fu Panda and Shrek inspired rides, shows and play areas too! 🌎 Universal isn’t just for teens or adults and this is just more proof!

🫣 You can stop looking, I’ve found your new Disney Springs dining hot spot! 🍽️ ❤️‍🔥 I’ll admit, whenever a new restaurant opens, there is a lot of hype around it-warranted or not. However, Summer House on the Lake lives up to it all!

☀️ 🌴 🍪 Picture a breezy beach house vibe, open airy spaces, an eclectic menu that caters to just about all palettes, an in-house cookie bar and an ever-present feeling of being on vacation.

I mean, look at these dishes! Brussel Sprouts, Pop-Overs, Lemon Chicken Picatta and a warm Peanut Butter Cookie with ice cream. Are you hungry yet?

🤑 Who says “value” has to be a bad word?! At Universal Orlando Resort, the Prime Value hotel category features one of the raddest hotels on property: Cabana Bay Beach Resort!

🎳 Not only is the theming like something you’d see in a classic TV sitcom with retro-looking everything, but there is SO much to do here! You are paying a premium to stay on-property, whether at Universal or with our pals across town, so you might as well stay at a property with some life!

We love everything about this resort but our 2 favorites have to be the serene, beautifully landscaped lazy river and the groovy, retro Galaxy Bowl! **Pro tip: Make sure to make a lane reservation if you want to bowl!

Currently, you have two options when it comes to riding Tiana’s Bayou Adventure:

Virtual Queue (free to join)

Lightning Lane Multi Pass (requires purchase)

It’s not an option right now to just get in line and wait to ride without a “reservation” using one of the above methods. And if you want to ride twice in one day, you’ll need to secure both a Virtual Queue AND a MultiPass selection, which can be a challenge. 😰

This is an attraction you’ll want to experience, much like MANY other visitors. When staying on-property you’ll definitely have a BIG ADVANTAGE for a chance at securing the most popular attractions. 🌐🐬 A trip to EPCOT isn’t just about Guardians of the Galaxy or eating around “the World”! The Seas is home to a very un-theme park style tour, Dolphins in Depth. During this 2 hour tour, a small group goes behind the scenes to learn about conservation and the resident animals. The best part? You get IN THE WATER for about 30 minutes with two sweet and social dolphins! Trainers teach you a few commands and you have the chance to give rub downs (or dolphin massages), which they LOVE.

While you won’t actually be swimming with dolphins on this tour (i.e. being pushed and pulled like on some cruise excursions), you will love your time during Dolphins in Depth.

💰The cost is approximately $209 plus tax and there are other important things you’ll need to know before you book. ➡️ Since reservations can and will fill up quickly, make sure I add this to your wish list or message me if you are interested!

🤯 I don’t know who needs to hear this but, MANY Walt Disney World Resorts have...beaches! 🏖️ Or at least sandy areas that kids can play on while you relax with that book you’ve been meaning to read. What’s even better is that most resort gift shops sell sand toys, how about that! 🪣 For about $15 (as of July 2024) they can play and get a fun souvenir from the trip. Win-win! 😎

⛱️ There’s just something about sand that seems to bring the energy level back to center, right? If having a beach or sandy area at your hotel sounds perfect you, Walt Disney World has quite a few! No need to choose either beach or Disney trip, you can do both. 🌟 Do you have a favorite Disney “beach” Resort?

🌂 🍽️ After a VERY long closure, back in April 2024 1900 Park Fare FINALLY reopened its doors again for breakfast and dinner buffets with characters! This immensely popular Grand Floridian Resort & Spa restaurant had been closed for more than 4 years. FOUR! And it’s back with a new menu with old favorites (🍓hello Strawberry Soup) and a new line up of Disney friends to dine with. Greeting you while you dine will be Tiana, Cinderella, Mirabel and Aladdin at both meals.

🍫 👒 For the kind of s’more you eat with your pinky up, head to Disney Springs and pop into The Ganachery for one of their Artisan S’mores! This chocolate shoppe is full of the most decadent candy and novelties one can dream up. Truffles, cocoa bombs, chocolate piñatas, pops, pearls and so much more. PLUS, they have a live kitchen so you can watch the masters at work! 👩‍🍳

🤠 🍗 🥗 🍰 🎭 Want a unique dining option that is a feast, family entertainment, and one of the longest running dinner shows in the U.S.? Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical R***e, located at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, is fun for the whole gang. Fried chicken, ribs, more sides than you can handle, cornbread, salad, and the BEST strawberry shortcake you can imagine! You’ll sing along for 2 hours with Jim Handy, Claire De Lune, Dolly Drew, Johnny Ringo, Flora Long, and Six Bits Slocum (everyone’s favorite!).

I've never been able to attend this Hard Ticket Event but I've heard amazing things about it year after year. I'd love to go soon, but I think I'll need the cooler temps of October to make it even remotely feel like Halloween! 🎃

💎 🚢 🍾 🎊 We’re only a few months away from the inaugural sailing of the newest ship in Disney’s fleet, the Disney Treasure. Of course, we have no pictures as it’s not complete yet, but let’s talk about some things we do know:

🛳 For all of 2025 (at least) it will be a 7 night sailing departing from Port Canaveral with a choice of Eastern or Western Caribbean itineraries.

🛳 It will NOT stop at the newest Disney private island, Lighthouse Point, but will stop at Castaway Cay on both itineraries

🛳 It will feature so many details, elements and themes from the parks and films

🛳 Worlds of Marvel and 1923 will join the new Plaza de Coco as the three rotational dining restaurants

🤯 🥒 🏓 Woah! If it’s made its way to Disney resort activities, it’s time to take a closer look at the game that has people more than a little obsessed. Of course I’m talking about Pickleball. For those who don’t know, it’s basically full-size ping pong with wiffle balls. OK, a little more involved, but at first glance, that’s a good description.

I used to love playing tennis growing up so I'm super excited to give Pickleball a try in the very-near future!

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is a stunner and honestly the perfect choice for anyone that really enjoys a sophisticated nautical vibe. Or a great location to two parks. Or stellar dining options. Or a really cool pool! Folks, this place has it all, even a beach. 🏖️

🤔 Where do you stand on “Big Hero 6”? 🤖 Underrated movie? 🙈 Haven’t seen it? Didn’t love it? I’ll tell you where Disneyland stands...they are ALL IN on Baymax and have an entire section dedicated to the movie at Disney California Adventure Park! 🎢✨

The former Fisherman’s Wharf area has been transformed into the bustling streets of San Fransokyo. So many photo ops, but none better than with the big, fluffy Baymax! 🤗 NOTE: He’s not always there, so be sure to check the Disneyland app 📲before you make a beeline for the big guy.

😭 🍞 If for some reason Baymax isn’t meeting the day of your visit, go eat your feelings with a Baymax shaped sourdough loaf from the Boudin Bread Cart. That bread is amazing!

🤷‍♀️ I’ve probably said it before and I’ll definitely say it again, Via Napoli can be one of the most affordable and satisfying table service meals in all of Walt Disney World! It’s with good reason that reservations here are hard to snag. 🤩 Lucky for my clients, that’s my job!

🍕🥗🥤Order one of their large pizzas, a house salad and some drinks and a party of four can eat for the fraction of the cost of many other on-property restaurants. And if sitting down to eat isn’t your style, check to see if the Pizza Taglio window is open and grab a slice, they’re big! 😳

🤫 Can you keep a secret? There is no other spot in Disney’s Animal Kingdom that perfectly embodies the park’s serene and adventurous spirit than Nomad Lounge, NONE! 🎒🍹

The quiet moments inside this cozy sanctuary are just as magical as the thrilling ones in the park. Not to mention that the savory small bites and hand crafted cocktails are stellar! I mean who doesn’t love a watermelon garnish? 🍉 Or churros!

🏝️ Nomad Lounge is truly an oasis that allows you to relax, reflect on your days past or ahead, and recharge without ever having to leave the park! 👍 And the whole family is welcome, it’s not 21 and over.

⚠️ Don’t make this mistake at Castaway Cay! Stepping foot onto this island paradise will likely be something you dream about from the moment you book your cruise, but don’t be in such a rush to get to your lounge chair that you miss the journey. 😍There is so much to see, soak in and experience from the moment your flip flops hit the gangway-the details are truly Disney at its finest. 📸 Look all around, take all the pictures and TURN AROUND to see the stunning view of your Disney Cruise ship in port! The morning light is perfection!

3️⃣ 📲 🚢 Three of the many things you can do (and a BIG one you can’t) via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. First, here’s a few things you can do:

⏳ Check your countdown: The home screen will tell you how many days until your sailing, and in a very cute way.

🗓️ Activities Schedule: Not only will it show your plans, but you’ll have the lineup for all the days’ activities at your fingertips once onboard.

🤳 Purchase a Data Plan: You definitely want to do this if you plan to use data onboard (post to social media, text with family not onboard). It can be very costly if you don’t.

👎 What can’t you do? You can’t see any of the above (or anything else) if you don’t have a cruise booked and linked to the app. It’s not like the My Disney Experience app where you can play around and become familiar with things in advance of booking.

🤷‍♀️The Disney difference...what does that even mean? I don’t think this app allows enough characters to express, in totality, what the Disney difference is, but I can show you this as a perfect example.

🚢 On the Disney Wish (the newest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet) Worlds of Marvel is part of the rotational dining trio of restaurants. (Meaning it’s included in the cruise fare and doesn’t cost extra). 🕵️‍♀️ Before you even order from the Top Secret menu filled with Ant Man’s sketches and notes, take notice of the Avengers logo silverware and plate 🍽️, the Quantum Core devices on the tables and large screens. They all play a part in this immersive, interactive dining experience that not only utilizes special effects to enrich a very theatrical dining experience, but is also a character meal. Pair all of this with a thoughtful and on-brand menu, and well, that’s an example of the Disney difference. 🍩 Now about that Top Secret menu...
