At MinMin Travel, I use three quick and easy forms—sent through Travefy, a secure platform built just for travel advisors—to help streamline your trip from inquiry to final payment. They save time, protect your info, and help everything run smoothly from start to sail!

Here’s the rundown:
• Inquiry Form – This is how we get started! In order to begin planning, I’ll need a few key details like your travel dates, number of travelers (and ages if any children), trip length, desired itinerary or destination(s), embarkation port, cabin type, approximate budget, and any qualifiers like military, senior, past guest, or residency discounts (and loyalty numbers, if you have them!).

• Booking Info Form – Sent through Travefy, this securely gathers all your traveler details once you’re ready to book—and keeps them saved on file for faster future planning.

• Credit Card Authorization Form – Also through Travefy, this allows me to process payments directly with the supplier—that means the cruise line, resort, or hotel. As a travel advisor, I never charge your card myself; I simply manage the payment on your behalf to the official provider of your trip.

These forms may not be glamorous—but they’re essential for helping your vacation go off without a hitch.
