📌 Make an appointment at your local passport application center. Click the link to find your nearest available location https://iafdb.travel.state.gov/
📌 Here’s the link for the application. Print the DS-11 form and fill it out before your appointment.

📌 You will need a passport approved picture. You can go to your local CVS, Walgreens or any location that may take passport pics. You can also avoid the hassle and have your picture taken at the passport office.
📌You’ll need your original birth certificate & and photo ID
