We had our window replaced today!! The seal had failed and water had gotten between the panes causing fog on the glass obstructing the view. Is this the best view or what??

I wanted to feature our “guest room”. It is also a master suite with its own full bath and balcony. It has 2 queen beds yet is still very roomy. We even offer a mini crib for those with littles. We have tried to think of everything that would make your packing and planning easier. Come stay!

2024 Dunes Buggy Service Dates
Monday, March 18th – Sunday, March 31st, 10am – 9pm daily
Monday, April 1 – Tuesday, September 3rd, 8am – 9pm daily

The Palmetto Dunes Buggy provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove. During a normal season, the Buggy services more than 50,000 passengers. Response times can vary depending on the time of day or month. The dispatcher will try to provide a realistic wait time when you call.

This service is available seasonally from March to Labor Day to residents and guests. The Buggy will bring passengers to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, tennis courts, as well as Shelter Cove Harbour, Shelter Cove Towne Centre, and the Plaza at Shelter Cove. One handicapped accessible van is available.

Sea It My Way-Hilton Head Island is back in business! This has been a whirlwind but it is shaping up. One small challenge (I hate the kitchen cabinets so ordered new ones) but other than that we are ready to roll! I have a few dates in sept and Oct open! Come check us out!

I know I’ve been quite but it’s only because I’ve been busy. Here is a sneak peek of the small bathroom. And I have some great news!! All the work will be complete Thursday! I’ll head down Thursday after work and move things back in and get it all put back together. I can’t wait to see it and to show all of you. I’ll be opening up summer 2024 mid Sept. We will fill up quick so get your week in mind and watch here for more details. 🏝️

This is heartbreaking to post. I’ve poured my heart into Sea It My Way-Hilton Head Island! The guests staying in the condo above flooded my place doing extensive damage😩😩 I just returned and it makes me sick. Luckily I’ve been able to relocate the 3 families for the next 3 weeks who were scheduled to arrive. That was the worst part for me..thinking of them. I’m so grateful for their understanding during this terrible situation. But stay tuned. In 3 weeks she will come back more beautiful than ever. Send prayers🙏

Well folks, that’s a wrap! Another peak season is in the books! It has been a great year and we’ve welcomed many new and also many repeat guests. We love sharing this place with you!

Now we are gearing up to welcome a wonderful couple who will be with us Nov/Dec. In January, our snowbirds will be returned and will stay until the end of March!

We have officially opened up bookings for April and May to this group ONLY. If you have some dates I can check send me a PM!

Y’all, today we received some fantastic news!! If you’ve been to Hilton Head then you know how awesome the Dunes House is! It’s literally I’m the same parking lot as our place and we are frequent patrons. Since we bought our place in 2020 the fight to save it has been on! They wanted to tear it down and build a 2 story clubhouse. I’ve been so nervous to even start taking bookings for next year in fear of the construction, traffic, beach access, etc. Well my friends, go ahead and plan your stay! The Dunes House ain’t going anywhere! 🏝🏝
