It’s ideal for enjoying what our great city has to offer, visiting family, or work travelers. The full townhome is available for guest use. It is a two story home. The master suite takes up the entire second floor with an attached full bathroom and an open floor plan to the stairway. The second bedroom is downstairs with another full bathroom nearby. The home has a well-appointed kitchen with stov

e, microwave, and dishwasher. Also on the main floor is a dining room with 6 person table, and an outdoor patio with comfortable seating and a large umbrella. Also in the unit is a washer/dryer combo. The community features a shared pool, just steps from the back patio (currently closed for the season). McMullen Creek Greenway is across the street for mikes of walking, running, or biking to enjoy our amazing Carolina blue skies. Contact us for booking information.

This week, a family from Nigeria is staying at our place while the kids attend a basketball camp. Could we possibly be hosting the next Hakeem Olajuwon, otherwise known as “The Dream”?

Currently hosting guests that are staying with us for the full month of June. They are CPAs that can work remotely and want to be near their grandkids for part of the summer. Our townhome has a pool and is a perfect place for them to splash and play on sunny days!

Just booked a guest from the 20th home state. Guests are visiting Charlotte and staying at our place from far and wide, from Florida to Washington state. We’ve even had 4 guests from different countries… the United Kingdom, Puerto Rico, China, and Nigeria!

Had our 30th guest check-in yesterday. This guest is here on business travel and staying at our place for four nights. I’m sure they’ll be enjoying our patio this evening and the mid-60’s sunny temps here today.

We had our first return guests this week. They stayed at our place in December and thought it was perfect. Sweet older woman named Harriett and her friends, came back to volunteer again at Samaritan’s Purse. It feels great to give good people a nice place to stay.
