Whether you’re just a beginner or an enthusiast, have an appetite for the very basics or a yen for the exotic, you’ll find offerings to suit your taste at Johnson & Wales University's Chef's Choice® recreational cooking class. An innovative program of hands-on cooking classes taught by professional chef instructors, Chef's Choice® offers an expanded menu of selections, and a blend of old favorite

s and new creations, prepared to impart the secrets to becoming an expert in the kitchen. All of our classes combine hands-on experience with demonstrations under the direction of our professional chef-instructors. The minimum age requirement to participate in Chef's Choice classes is 16 years old for the adult classes and 21 years of age for wine classes.
