ICYMI 🍽️ Earlier this month I took a girls trip with some fellow @genietravelco agents to check out EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival. I love going to this festival with a group because you can each order something different and share, which helps your stomach AND your wallet!
In China, we ordered the pan-friend chicken dumpling with house made sweet and spicy sauce, the crispy duck bao bun with hoisin sauce, and the orange mango cocktail. Overall, we really enjoyed this booth and would order these items again!

Summer is fast approaching and with that brings the Florida heat (and humidity 😅). The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion at EPCOT gives you the opportunity to escape the sun and cool off in air conditioning while exploring Nemo’s underwater world!
What will you find inside?
🐠 The Seas with Nemo & Friends: This attraction takes you through the world of Finding Nemo in your very own clamobile!
🐢 Turtle Talk with Crush: This attraction gives guests the opportunity to chat with and ask questions to Nemo’s friend, Crush the sea turtle!
🪸 SeaBase: This 5.7 million gallon aquarium is home to manatees, turtles, rays, and a variety of fish. You and your kids will love this experience!
🦈 Bruce’s Shark World an interactive exhibit feature the sharks of Finding Nemo
What else do you need to know?
🌿 It is located at EPCOT in World Nature right near Journey of Water
🗺️ Complimentary Scavenger Hunt: Pick up your scavenger hunt booklet just outside the exit to The Seas with Nemo & Friends attraction. Even little ones will love to place stickers throughout their booklets!
🎟️ The lines for The Seas with Nemo & Friends and Turtle Talk with Crush are usually pretty manageable with wait times typically under 20 minutes. Lightning Lanes are available via Genie+ for these two attractions, but are not needed to access SeaBase.
🐡 Guests wanting to skip the attractions can still enjoy the aquarium within The Seas with Nemo & Friends pavilion by entering via the lefthand exterior entrance through the gift shop.
🐚 Bonus Tip: The Seas with Nemo & Friends is a “dark” ride, so if your little one doesn’t like the dark consider bringing a glow stick for them to hold!

📆 MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Advanced dining reservations open around 6am ET 60 days before check-in for the entire length of your stay (up to 10-nights) for guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort. This means that on-site guests can make all of their reservations on one day. However, guests staying off-property will need to log in daily 60 days in advance of each day of their trip. 🌟 This is yet another perk of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort!
👩🏼💻 Make sure you do some research, or talk to your favorite Travel Advisor 🙋🏻♀️ in the weeks leading up to your advanced dining window. Prioritize the characters your family wants to see and consider if there are alternative options to meeting those characters in case you can’t get that reservation. For example, there are multiple opportunities to meet Disney princesses, however if your child LOVES Stitch, then you might consider booking your breakfast at Ohana before trying for that Akershus or CRT reservation since Stitch does not have a traditional meet and greet set up in the Parks.
🔔 If you aren’t able to snag your dream reservation when your reservation window first opens - don’t give up hope! Utilize one of the many alert systems out there to try to grab a cancellation! Another perk of working with a Travel Advisor - we can do this for you!! While there’s never a guarantee, I’ve had good luck in the past - especially in the days leading up to the trip, or even last minute cancellations!
