He learned from mentors such as Bill Maguire, Chef Randy Pidd and Shane Pearson. Emrah is so well-respected for his business insight, direct leadership and culinary depth, he’s served as a consultant to many fine dining establishments in Charlotte and across the country. Each success and each connection, combined with his knowledge and heritage to create a diverse meal and progressive venue has inspired him with the vision of Hive.
