Finally I was able to enjoy my small sliver of hope over fear with that “ ROCK THE MOCK” Triathelete medal due to the unwavering support from my TRI IT FOR LIFE mentors who were there with every athlete every step of the way from the start to help us finish strong! Swim…Bike .. Run.. YES YOU CAN !!” MORE LEARNING FOR THE NEXT 5 weeks before the official race on June 2!!

What if I say that Mountains helps you HEAL !! There is healing power in doing hard things.
Personally for me there are so many reasons but last year my hike to Machu Pichu was all about HEALING !! Healing from the events of 2020 & 2021!

After a whole 3 years as I saw the mountains again and breathing that fresh crisp mountain air and just minutes from the top of the Salkantay pass, I could feel it coming, and as my eyes caught the top I started crying ! I have no shame in admitting that! I could see so many of my hikers do the same !
Mountains Heal YOU !

Personally from almost 15 years ago when I started on this mountain adventure … it has been a mix of self-reflection, meeting new and good humans who are there to get you to your goals and to be there for you.
This is a full on mental and physical healing.
Maybe you’re like me, and you haven’t felt like yourself lately or it would help if you had a tiny voice saying… what are you waiting for ? You need an escape to a beautiful mountain to work through some things. I promise you something, the moment you sign up, all of those things will start to form to bring you one step closer to your goals.
Your body and mind are working overtime to break through those emotions, to step you out of your day-to-day and to shake things up a bit . You earned that reward, you worked hard for it… and that grit that comes from it… priceless.
I encourage you to make that call, make that goal. Industreks LLC is there for you from guiding you every step of the way from training to packing to accomplishing your goal!
