Well, that was an epic park day. We opened Hollywood Studios and closed Epcot. We accomplished all our goals and then some. I learned that I’m terrible at posting anything while I’m in the parks. I’m too busy having fun. Tomorrow is a pool day until about 2pm, so I’ll share more then. Goodnight!

Up early and headed to Hollywood Studios for Early Park Entry. On the bus at 7:30am.

This morning at 6:30am I purchase Genie+ for the day, and at 7am we booked a Slinky Dog Lighting Lane (10:35am), and purchased Individual Lightning Lanes for Rise of the Resistance (8:40am) and Guardians of the Galaxy (2:30pm for when we hop to Epcot this afternoon.

Once we’re in the park we’re headed to Millennium Falcon, Jay’s favorite ride. Let’s go!

Headed to back to ✨Walt Disney World✨with my family today! Even though we’ve been a few times before we are looking forward to a few firsts:

✅ 1st time using the new Magicband+
✅ 1st stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge
✅ 1st Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
✅ 1st meal at La Crêperie de Paris in the France pavilion at EPCOT

Dinner at Sanaa has been on my wish list for years. It’s located at Animal Kingdom Lodge’s Kidani Village. We really enjoyed the bread service appetizer. Afterward we wandered the resort looking at some of the animals from the many viewing areas. It is a beautiful resort.

This is the view from our Pirate room in the Trinidad section of Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. The pirate details are super cute! Great for little pirate fans, but I typically recommend a preferred room at this resort instead- same price and closer to the lobby and feature pool. We are excited for two nights at Disney World!

This afternoon we checked into Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. It was a perfect pool day with clear blue skies! We checked the Trinidad Village pool and the feature pool which has two fun slides and a water playground for younger kids. Across from our beach you can see the Skyliner station going to Hollywood Studios and Epcot.
