4x Alternating Leg Raise

In class today we had a moment of silence to Honor and Remember all who are no longer with us. Memorial day has taken on deeper meaning for many.

she got her sweat on with us today. And and was in the building bounce rocking and rolling with us. Huge high five to all our clients and members you made you happen again today cheers to all of you.

We have all been impacted the last 12 plus months. Take a moment and salute those no longer here with us. Allow thier lives to impact yours by living healthier, being purposeful and giving others thier flowers while they are still with us.

Join us in July on the Turf. 4wk Summer Series Workout

That’s right! We are STILL working out. Saturdays outside!

Starting Saturday, July 4th in Ayrsley we will be crushing our fitness goals outdoors. Every Saturday in July 8:30am we workout together but apart. Catching sun rays and getting bountiful doses of Vitamin D while honoring and enforcing social distance. We invite you you to join us for our 4 week Summer Series Workout. This is a 45 min Total Body Workout. Please bring your mat, water and all your effort. Share with you family and friends and let’s SWEAT!
