laboratorial ou o seu Documentação de Recuperação antes do embarque.

The CDC requires all travelers flying to or transiting through the U.S. from BRAZIL or any other country, including U.S. citizens and legal residents to provide proof of either a negative COVID-19 test or documentation of recovery.

The COVID-19 test must done 24 hours before departure:
Be a viral test (molecular or antigen)
Be taken within the 24 hours prior to departure
Show written proof of the traveler’s negative laboratory test result
Documentation of recovery must include:
Proof of a positive test result
A letter from a licensed health care provider or public health official clearing them for travel
Travelers must show written proof of their negative laboratory
test result or documentation of recovery before boarding.

Passageiros deverao apresentar prova de vacinas

E' mandatorio os viajantes apresentar um resultado do teste COVID-19 RT-PCR negativo ou teste de antigeno e a Declaracao de Saude do Viajante.

O teste RT-PCR deve ser realizado no máximo 72 horas antes do embarque no primeiro trecho da viagem ao Brasil. Um teste de antígeno deve ser feito no máximo 24 horas antes do embarque do primeiro trecho da viagem ao Brasil. Os resultados do teste devem ser em inglês, espanhol ou português.

A prova deve ser feita até 72 horas antes do embarque, na primeira etapa da viagem ao Brasil.
Este requisito de teste não se aplica a:
- Viajantes com menos de 2 anos
- Viajantes com idades compreendidas entre os 2 e os 12 anos, acompanhados por um adulto com prova negativa.

Os viajantes devem preencher o formulário de Declaração de Saúde do Viajante (DSV) online dentro de 72 horas antes da partida.

Passenger must provide proof of vaccination

It is mandatory travelers must present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR or antigen test result and a Traveler’s Health Declaration (DSV) of ANVISA.

The RT-PCR test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before boarding in the first leg of the trip to Brazil. An antigen test must be taken a maximum of 24 hours before boarding the first leg of the trip to Brazil. The test results must be in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.

This testing requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers under the age of 2
-Travelers between the ages of 2 and 12 years old, who are accompanied by an adult who has proof of a negative test

Travelers are required to complete the Traveler's Health Declaration form (DSV) online within 72 hours before departure.
