We don’t have a one week minimum on June 15th. That week is available until June 20. Contact us for pricing.

The 2024 rental season is under way on Cape Cod and we are excited for summer. Our 2023 renovations are complete and our house now has the following configuration:

5 bedrooms
5 baths
3 Master Bedrooms
3 Outdoor Patios
Finished Basement with Game Room
1 Acre of land
Within 1 mile of town yet in a very private setting
5 minute walk to Stage Harbor

We have May & the first half of June available at the beginning of the summer and the week leading into Labor Day as well as Sept - Dec open on the back half.

FYI - There will be pool construction in the Fall that will not affect the home but obviously will impact the back yard.

Great house with a ton of potential!

Thinking of heading South this fall? Check out what one of our renters had to say about Hilton Head!

On a scale of 1-10, our total experience was an 11.

We've stayed in a lot of homes over the years, and all agree, this was our favorite. It is welcoming, fresh, and has the perfect open concept for family activates. It has more than the usual amenities (beach chairs, wagon, coolers; pool toys, outdoor speakers; a second fridge, an ice maker, kitchen ware, etc.). Who knew that large garages were such a bonus. And getting into the house early was wonderful. TVs are all smart, there are blue tooth speakers, and the pool has LED colored lights for night swim fun. We had 7 teens with us, and between the pool (right off the great room), the ping pong room, walkability/bikability to Coligny and the beach, it was an engaged week where we made great forever memories. Thank you!

We've stayed in a lot of homes over the years, and all agree, this was our favorite. It is welcoming, fresh, and has the perfect open concept for family activates.
