Last year I donated a trip to North Alabama Catfish Trail to raffle off during their benefit tournament which donates all funds raised to help fight children's cancer. Jonathon Badon won the trip and brought his buddy who is just getting into Trophy Catfishing. We had beautiful weather on the lake today as we had to work for everything we got today. These guys definitely aren't scared to hunt them down as that's what we did getting 7 fish total 3 in the 30's and Zac's personal best catfish at 38lb!

We topped 300lb of Blue Catfish in a 6hr trip today! I had Ben and Nick fellow Michiganders passing through Chattanooga on their way to the Atlanta Motor Speedway. We found good action with 12 fish and great quality this morning with the following trophy cat's 57-54-42-41-38 & 36lb. Good times, give me a call the Spring calendar is getting full!

My friend's Jamie and E Hodges ( the Dirty Ho**er) came out for a few hours with me this afternoon see if we could get a few catfish to bite. Jamie ended up upgrading her personal best and she is now in the 50lb club with a hard pulling 51lb Trophy Bluecat!

Today we had a battle against Mother Nature on our hands. I saw the wind forecast coming since early in the week , and unfortunately it held true. There were parts of the Tennessee River that were outright unsafe with the river current we have right now. We stuck to the most protected area we could and didn't get skunked! 25lb big fish for these first time Trophy Catfish anglers from Mississsippi!

Day 2 with my guest from Nebraska. We fished the Sea of Chickamauga this morning and for a few moments I thought we were out there to check crab pods, she was angry today! Our bite wasn't hot but we put some in the boat. Jacob again with big fish of the day just like yesterday with a hard scrappin' 38lb blue!

Had a fun trip yesterday with a group from Nebraska. Stacy Fee, Shane, and Jacob are visiting Chattanooga to fish for a couple days. They informed me early they have a high stakes bet going for who will land big fish of the trip. We didn't quite have a St Valentines catfish massacre although we did bring some nice fish to the boat with 9 total only 2 were d***s! Jacob is currently in the lead of the side bet with a 57lb blue.

Today I had the honor of hosting two local Chattanooga Bass Assassin's on board to chase some Trophy Catfish. My buddies Josh Antwine and ZK Zack joined me and we didn't light it up with numbers although we found some good quality with 5 of our fish measuring over 36" & 2 biggest were right in the low 40lb range.

Josh is one of the top guides for bass on the Tennessee River here in Chattanooga. I've been on his boat a couple times now and have learned a ton about chasing LM bass, smallies, and spots. Go check out his page , and especially if you're in town to fish with me it might be nice to add a day to your vacation and chase some bass. You know who to call!

Today I had first time guest Shane down from Bloomington Illinois to chase some Trophy Cats on the lake. The morning started a little slow with some short bitin' fish although it turned on rather quickly as we got on some great action and quality as the morning passed. We boated 12 fish total with a 47lb big fish & personal best, 2 in 40's , 3 in the 30's and multiple 20s as well! Thanks for coming out Shane and safe travels back to the MidWest!

Today I had out Jared and his boy James on the Tennessee River. James is celebrating his 15th birthday today and Jared had his birthday yesterday although I believe like me he quit counting them. We decided to get out early and beat some forecasted wind that never did blow. We did happen to arrive just at catfish breakfast time though, as James hooked into his personal best blue cat for his birthday immediately after getting the poles out! I love it when a plan comes together, great trip today!

Day 2 with my guest Nolan & Shannon down from NY enjoying some beautiful false Spring here in Tennessee. We did some catching on the lake yesterday with great action early and late. We opted for an afternoon trip dipping a little into the evening as we found 2 really good bite windows early & late. Big fish of the day right at 43.7lb with a belly bursting from the shad kill going on.

Monday I had an awesome couple from Queens NY some repeat guest Nolan with his wife Shannon. They love getting away from the city for a few days and visiting Chattanooga. We had some changing river conditions with almost no flow to some increased flow along with some strong wind later in the day. We put a few in the boat including a new personal best for Shannon right at 35lb and a 41lb hard pulling fish Nolan got to fight on a downed line!

Josh Wilson and his buddy Reynolds came out a week ago to this day and popped an ol' River hawg and they just couldn't wait they came back for more! We actually had a very trying day as we got down to the final hour we only had boated 3 fish , nothing much to write home about and about 400 short bites. Boy did that turn around as the word of the day for us was perseverance. In the last hour Reynolds upgraded his personal best all the way to 57lb which was part of a quadruple including 48lb, 30lb, and a 20. We restored order in the boat and not much longer had a heck of a double up with 53lb & 36lb blues! That's how she goes sometimes, way to hang in there men!

I spent some time updating the webpage this morning and uploading some of our Trophy Catfish photos from the Fall bite. Check it out we got on some good ones forsure. If you scroll down on the web page every season has a gallery so potential guest can see what we are catching for each season. I also keep a detailed Excel log for every trip I make to help folks decide when will be a good time to book and where we may be fishing that time of year as I do move up and down the TVA system. Going into year 4 of this business with a head full of steam and I appreciate each and every one of y'all!

We got out this chilly morning for a scouting run with my pal the myth the legend Ol' E Dirty. I wanted to spend some time looking at some stuff I've never fished before and we picked 3 areas that looked promising and caught 4 fish with a hard scrappin' 45lb big fish for the morning!

It is always a heck of a day when both your guest land their personal best catfish on your boat. I had out locals Josh Wilson and Josh Reynolds chasing some winter time trophy blues, and we got the bites we were looking for early. Josh landed the first bite of the day with a good 32lb and Josh Wilson followed up with a behemoth of a blue that just didn't wanna come up, his new pb is in the 70's right at 75lb! Biggest fish of 25' so far after my 2nd guide trip, good times!
