An update from TVA about local rainfall.

Central Tennessee has seen significant rainfall over the past few days, with areas receiving 5 to nearly 9 inches of rain. Our gauge at Normandy Dam near Tullahoma, TN, received 8.7" of rain over two days. After lowering the lake level to prepare for additional rainfall, spill rates will be reduced today to help decrease flows downstream. However, the Duck River at Shelbyville, TN, remains above flood stage.
An additional 1 to 2.5 inches of rainfall is currently forecasted for most of the Tennessee River basin over the next three days.

Good morning! We are happy to tell you we have sold our Sale Creek home on Lake Chickamauga. The new owners are keeping it a Vacation Rental. They are also honoring all reservations that have been made. Air B&B and VRBO have procedures to transfer reservations to the new owners. If you reserved this home thru them, you will get an email in the next couple of days telling you what you need to do. If you booked directly through us, please message or call us directly if you do not hear from us in the next couple of days. We will help you change your reservation to the new owners. The new owners are great and have some great ideas for the home.

We still have our Ranch style home on the same lake as a vacation rental. If you are interested in that home, please message or call. It sleeps 15 in beds, It is on the lake, but also has 2 acres of land to stretch out on.

About Us

We have two beautiful homes on Lake Chickamauga near Chattanooga, Tennessee available for a vacation rental. Each one is different. The first is in Hixson, TN near Chester Frost Park where many Bass Tournaments are held. It sleeps up to 14 in 5 beds and 2 bunk beds. It is all one level and has a screened porch and pavilion. It is has over 3 acres of land to enjoy on the lake. The second is in Sale Creek, TN. It has 3 levels, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms plus some. It also has decks and beautiful picture windows overlooking the main channel of the lake/river. Both homes have great docks to handle multiple boats. We would love to have you as our guest!
