Buongiorno from Polignano a Mare! Excited to spend the next few days waking up to this view. Mom and I are already making ourselves feel right at home 🥂
I love catching a glimpse of “everyday life” in a faraway place. Turns out I’m not that different from them! I mean, who wouldn’t want to bask in the glow of twinkle lights & get serenaded by street musicians?
Chamonix chalet of my dreams 💭 This place can live in my head for as long as it’d like 🌿 We spent 5 days here which was just enough time to get a glimpse of what this French Alps town has to offer. It’s packed with outdoor activities and I’d highly recommend taking an alpine train ride to the Mer de Glace valley glacier or ascending the mountain by cable car to the Aguille du Midi needle in the sky (unless you’re afraid of heights because it is waaaay up there). Until next time Chamonix! 🏔️
Get lost! My travel style is listening to what “calls” me, feeling pulled in a certain direction and then going with it. That’s how I ended up in Monticchiello. I knew nothing about this small town, but for some reason it called to me while driving through the Tuscan countryside. Its cobblestone streets led to a string of doorsteps with warm loaves of bread and a pair of green eyes glaring from the flowerbed. I’m so glad we stumbled on this place and got to wander in its quaint, local charm. There’s beauty in listening to what calls you!
