With views of woods (in the fall the colors are just breath taking), 50 acre fields of corn or hay or some of the barns in the backyard. Another must see and do while visiting the Beautiful Northern Michigan!!
I remember as a kid going here. Back in the day the Village of Cross Village was known for its famous Indian Pow Wow festival. Now the city still draws visitors to the historical Leggs Inn restaurant overlooking the magnificent Lake Michigan. Leggs Inn can be found along the fabulous M119 tunnel of trees. Who needs a vacation in beautiful Northern Michigan? Come stay up on the farm and enjoy the endless possibilities of adventures we have from minutes to a few hours away for a day trip.
Boat our spectacular pristine lakes and rivers, days at the beach, build a sandcastle, shop & eat local in our beautiful waterfront dwntwn, take a glass bottom boat ride, fishing, bike our endless long bike trails, atv/motorbike ride the endless state trails, hike the state land, watch amazing horss and jockeys in a Polo Match, golf at endless outstanding golf courses, visit wineries or breweries, tour the many lighthouses, visit the largest outdoor crucifix, go to the famous Mackinaw Island, get a horse and buggy tour of the island, bike around the 20 mile island, have lunch at the Grand Hotel or our favorite waterfront at the Pink Pony, tour the historical Forts, take a sunset cruise under the Mighty Mackinaw Bridge, drive over the 5mile long Mackinaw Bridge, explore the UP waterfalls,bear ranch, kayak pictured rocks, hunt for rocks, bird watch, star gaze and so much more..........
