We had the pleasure of teaming up with Cecil County Tourism, the Maryland Office of Tourism, and the Town of Chesapeake City to raise awareness about the significance of the Underground Railroad and the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal in the journey of freedom seekers. Through a 90-minute cruise and a 30-minute walking tour of the C&D Canal Museum, we shared this incredible story. This year, we hosted two of these meaningful experiences, and we’re excited to offer even more next September!

Celebrate Cecil County’s 350th Anniversary with us today! 🎉 Enjoy fireworks at dusk, delicious food vendors, and live music throughout the event. Our ferry service will be running every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, starting at 4 PM. Only $5 for a round trip—cash collected at boarding.

Our USCG-certified ferry accommodates up to 18 passengers, with a licensed captain at the helm. No smoking on board, please!
