The Elm House is located in Okemo Valley and is perfect for city dwellers looking for a country escape, traveling families, romantic getaways, retreat weekend, girls trip, reunions, celebrations etc; Our beautifully appointed and spacious space (4300 sf) will make for a relaxing and cozy getaway. The Williams River flows behind our home amongst the apple trees and grapevines. We provide a fully fu
rnished traditional farmhouse kitchen complete with rustic wood floors as well as everything you need to prepare a light lunch or a three coarse meal. Jenn-Air refrigerator, Samsung convection oven, Samsung microwave and Samsung dishwasher. We also have a coffee maker, french press and toaster. For your added convenience we have provided coffee, assorted teas and hot chocolate. In the formal dining room, we have a designated bar area equipped with glassware and other bar essentials (libations not included!) as well as a full china set for your use. The Elm House offers 4 bedrooms with 3 memory foam queen beds and a bunk bed room with a single loft bed and a triple bunk bed. We can also provide a queen air mattress for any additional guests. Each bedroom is light, bright and sunny. We are also happy to provide a Pack and Play and high chair for those traveling with little ones. (please note there is a grand staircase to the 2nd floor bedrooms/baths that isn't suitable for a baby gate)
In the winter months-sleds are available for your use. There is a great little sledding hill on the property! There is also a spacious mudroom-perfect for ski and snowboard storage.
