We are happy to finally announce our newest project.after months of dealing with the county we finally got a plan approved.new for 2025 season we are building a duplex.each unit will be three bedroom 2 bath with a utility/ laundry in room between the two. These will be 4 season with in floor heat, on demand hot water,mini splits for a/c and dishwashers.we are hoping to have these ready to go for spring of 2025.concrete is going in Monday, hopefully the well Monday, the septic tanks are in and new electric panel is hooked up.

September is Su***de Prevention & Awareness month. As many of you know, this is something that has hit close to home for Chetek Fire and Rescue and Chetek Ambulance recently. We are selling a special edition of our patch to help with some of the unexpected costs Kalyn’s family has had to undertake related to her loss.

Since the last post the South Holland has been torn down a big thanks to Spruced Up Property Services for taking it down and Hodgson Disposal, LLC for removing all the debris. These guys did an amazing job!

Monday night we had some significant damage to the South Holland and a really big mess. Thankfully no one was hurt!
We want to thank Jerry’s Tree Service, Spruced Up Properties, Rhin Improvements, TNC Electric, Barron Electric and our amazing guests,friends and family for all the help. By Tuesday night it almost looked normal again!
