Hi,

I wanted to take a moment remind you that the new Gaycation Travel Pavilion that we are producing for this years Travel and Adventure Show (www.travelshows.com) being held in Chicago Jan 14th and 15th 2023 is almost sold out.

This new concept for the Travel Pavilion will be designed as a LGBTQ+ focused travel village with a town square located at the center. Each exhibitor booth will be like a quaint shop in the village and we will be focusing on delivering results for each exhibitor based on the metrics that they set for their own success, whether it is selling a product or service, booking travel or just brand awareness.

The town square will be underneath a big tent located in the center of the village and will sell travel related products and services. The town square will be anchored by Gaycation and also include smaller vendors under one tent.

In addition to the village we will be providing programming on the event stage located adjacent to the pavilion which will include some cultural performances, travel industry expert presentations and more…

Lastly we will be hosting a Gaycation Travel event on Saturday night which will feature live music, drag performances and a raffle of fabulous travel related prizes. We will be providing FREE snacks and Beer during the event hours and announcing winners every 30 min with the GRAND PRIZE winner announced in the last 15 min.

Hello,

I am working with our team to send out the very first monthly newsletter for The Gay Travel Business Network on August 1st. If you would like to feature information about your destination/organization/Association or business in the newsletter please send to [email protected] by Friday July 29th. Please include any relevant links and at least 2 Hi-Res photos. We currently have 510 opt in subscribers related to the business/leisure travel industry from around the country. The subscribers include many LGBTQ+ organizations and associations seeking to hold conferences or events.

We will spotlight a different member of GTBN every month and promote their destination/organization or business. The new GTBN newsletter will give members insight on how to use the benefits of membership effectively as well as share potential opportunities to attract new business. It will share relevant industry news and insights from LGBTQ+ travel experts and spotlight new deals that were won by our members.

The purpose of the Gay Travel Business Network is to help find new opportunities, drive new business and increase revenue for our members and I am committed to doing everything that I can to accomplish that goal.

I encourage all members to review the Membership Benefits document (attached) and use every tool available to help win new business!
