“This was a once and a lifetime experience. When staying at the Cabuya Lodge you experience the best things in life. Fresh air monkeys, beautiful sunrise, amazing food,. Hospitality is beyond compare at Cabuya Lodge. Mandy does her best to accommodate all your needs and wants. When visiting a must is a massage . I have never experienced a massage like the one I received at the lodge. Erin and Kathleen couldn’t have been better host for the retreat. The Yoga in the morning woke you up, the evening yoga relaxed you. The book we read was very interesting and to hear the different opinions in group made you think. Kathleen lead the conversation to allow everyone express their thoughts and than give some feedback. The excursion offered allowed everyone something to do. The full day out on the Ocean was the best way to end the Inside Out experience. The community service trips were also interesting. Thanks for a great life experience.”
