Happy Captain Bob Agra Jr. day! Last year, the city of a chicago made this proclamation in honor of our esteemed owner’s 50th year of employment. Back in 1973, Bob took over the family business. Since then it has grown from a 3-vessel to a 9-vessel operation, established our sister company and passed leadership on to his children. We are so proud to work with Captain Bob and his family! Cheers!

We're excited to announce the Grand Prize Winner of our Howl-O-Ween Canine Cruise costume contest! Congratulations to Drake the dog for his Alien NASA Spy costume! Drake's owners said he was so shocked when he checked his email and saw the news!

As the Grand Prize Winner, Drake and his humans have chosen the Live Like Roo Foundation to be the recipient of our charitable donation. We are proud to contribute to the care of sick pets and we encourage everyone to read more about the Live Like Roo Foundation's mission (livelikeroo.org)!

As we recognize Indigenous People's Day today, let's take a look back at the artwork that hung above our ticket office from 2021 through 2023.

Artist Andrea Carlson (Ojibwe) created five banners that read "Bodéwadmikik ėthë yéyék/You are on Potawatomi Land," an acknowledgment to Riverwalk guests of the history of the land we live and work on. Carlson said, "You are on Potawatomi Land is a statement of fact. It is also a statement of perpetual belonging."
