Happy And healthy new year to everyone!! The park district told me last night that starting January 3rd all people MUST show proof of vaccination or they will NOT be allowed in the building! This is a City And county ordinance not the Park district.

We are writing this note with great sadness.

Alexandr Popeskou has always been a very strong and positive man; a warrior of great integrity, an instructor who genuinely cared for his students, and a highly supportive member of the Systema community.

We have known Alex since 2005, training at numerous seminars across USA. The last time we saw Alex was when he came to the Toronto seminar in August 2019. Alex's impressive Airborne background and solid knowledge of Systema was always combined with humility and super-friendly attitude to all his training partners.

He will be truly missed and will always stay in our thoughts and prayers. May God rest the soul of Alexander.

Due to a streak of stormy weather, the open-air Systema Health classes in Olympia Park will be cancelled between today, 6/28 and next Thursday, 7/8.

Our school will welcome you back on Monday, 7/12.
