I love Rockford! As a kid my family take trips to stay at The Clocktower Inn and spend days at Magic Waters. I know those days are long gone but still a pizza at Capri afterward was the best part!

We are always off for Mother’s Day and this year we were treated to our son Mason playing Steely Dan at the legendary @fitzgeraldsnightclub on an 80 degree sunny afternoon. Steely Dan is an incredibly complex band to cover with all their obscure sounds and jazzy scales. Their director talked extensively about how incredible they were to get these songs down for the show and it came together great. Happy Mother’s Day @reneef80, wish we could always have some live music on this day!
