Happy Friday! Here is some of the crew assisting with moving Emerald Lady at the close of our season! From the dock, to Manitowoc, Wisconsin for a USCG hull inspection.

Updating the bottom of our boat in Manitowoc, Wisconsin!

Once an inspection by the USCG is complete, we sand the prior paint to create a base to repaint the bottom. If there is any open steel after the sanding process, an epoxy based primer is applied to coat the steel and prevent rusting. After several coats of primer, we coat the bottom with copper free ablative paint!
