After years of planning vacations for her family and friends, Rahsaan decided to turn her true passion into a home based business debuting in April 2011. Her love for travel and attention to detail made it easy for her to transition into owning her own travel agency. Rahsaan invested in herself and became b a Certified Travel Agent by completing the certification course through Penn Foster College

and passing the Travel Agent Proficiency Exam. Rahsaan passionately stays current with the latest travel trends of various cruise lines, resorts, and suppliers by attending weekly webinars, workshops and weeklong onsite trainings. After operating under the name of Tobin Family and Friends Travel for over a year, Rahsaan completed several marketing seminars/workshops, which led her to the decision of changing the name of her agency to Radiant Vacations. After taking a brief break from the industry, Rahsaan returned to her passion for travel and decided to rebrand her agency to Radiant Vacays and Group Getaways. This simple change opened more doors than imaginable~How can she serve you? Rahsaan specializes in cruises, all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and group travel. Rahsaan is able to make recommendations to her clients based on their desires as well as her personal experiences.
