It will be held on Sunday, November 19th from 6-7:30PM. The tree will be lit outside of St. Alphonsus Church at the intersection of Lincoln, Southport & Wellington. There will be plenty of festivities including holiday tunes and carolers, festive gift bags and surprise appearances from Elsa, Olaf and Santa! And don't worry if it's chilly -- attendees will be kept warm with complimentary hot chocolate, coffee and donuts thanks to SSA27!

You heard the man! On December 1st, stroll on down to Southport Ave for an evening full of holiday fun. Thanks to SSA 27, residents can sign up to take professional photos with Santa for Free! Sign ups are now live and space is limited.

What is PorchFest?
PorchFest happens twice a year- once in Lakeview and again in Roscoe Village. The chamber pairs up local musicians with community members (porch hosts) for a day of live music in the neighborhood. The porch locations and the sets are top secret until the Friday before the event 🤫
Once you purchase a ticket, you will be added to a special email list, where you will receive the porch locations + map, musicians, and set times! By purchasing a ticket, you are not only notified of the schedule but you also support the local musicians with each sale. Ticket purchases also come with a program, announcing discounts at our retailers and other events throughout the day.
