This home was built in 1916, partially gutted and remodeled in 2006. This 1200 square foot home has true old-school Chicago flair. This hidden gem is steps away from public transportation (Brown Line), Templestowe Pub Chicago, Finch Beer Co., and Marie's Golden Cue. This spacious 3 bedroom, located in a cozy neighborhood has an abundance of sunlight. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers,

business travelers, and sports fans. It can accommodate 4 to 5 individuals comfortably. This second story flat is perfect for those who want to experience Chicago as a local without the hype of the tourist crowds. It is also perfect for a family (youngest child should be over 8 years old) visiting their children in the near-by colleges (i.e. NEIU/Northwestern or those in the city). If you do have children over 8 years of age there is so much to do and the trains take you to museums, Navy Pier and much more especially during the holidays.
