Located on Chincoteague Island, Virginia, and nestled in the Silver Sails community; a quiet, cul-de-sac group of duplex homes with ample lawns and within walking distance of the fairgrounds. Parking available in front for 3 vehicles and 1 boat. The two-story home

has 2.5 baths and 3 bedrooms that sleep 8. Outside gas grill, two kayaks, crab traps and pots, and indoor and outdoor games are waiting for you to enjoy! Year-round rentals.

Someone recently asked if we are dog friendly. YES WE LOVE DOGS!

We supply elevated food bowls and water bowls.
Two tie-outs to the dog yard accessed from the deck at the door keeping them safe from the water (canal) while you do other things.
Basket of toys.
Foam bed stashed under the sofa. 52” crate in the hall closet.
P**p bag stash on the deck.
