Arts for All Ages is a small (but growing) organization that works with Extended Day Programs and the YMCA to teach children Dance, Art, Theater, Music, Piano, and Creative Writing. The program was designed to give children the ability to experience and experiment with the performing and visual arts who could not afford to participate otherwise. We try to set up weekly lessons, classes, or worksh
ops to help give kids an idea of what the arts are and how much fun they can be. This year we started with three classes at Timber Lakes Elementary (Piano, Theater, and Art). Our Art classes started with 15 children total, and grew into 32 by the end of the year. We had two full piano classes of five children each and our theater class started with 7 and ended up having thirteen. We also had a creative writing workshop at Little River elementary that went for 4 weeks, meeting 8 class days. Currently we have taught to over 100 children in the Orlando area, and need your support in order to expand and give the arts to more children.
