The GBCC is hosting a multi-chamber networking at the lovely Fireside By The River on November 13 and it's a fabulous way to interact with friends and colleagues, and make new business connections.

Tickets are $26.50 and price includes raffle entry, hors d'oeuvres, and cash bar.

Thank you Paul Davis Restoration of North Country NY and Roxane Baumbach, Regional Sales Coordinator for hosting our October Java Talk. It was wonderful to meet owners Scott & Kim and hear their passion for serving people in our community. Especially when the nature of their business catches people in their time of need and so extra care is required of everyone at Paul Davis NCNY operation. It was great to meet and hear from your awesome team - Roxane, Susan, MaryAnn, Randy & Steve, along with the techs &

Starting out of their garage in 2010, to a small office in Brewerton, to now operating from a top-notch facility in Central Square. They have the personnel and equipment to make sure they get the job down right as quickly as possible to get families back in their homes after flooding, fire, etc. Paul Davis Restoration NCNY handles mold remediation, flooding, sewage damage, unattended death cleanup, fire damage and contents contamination. And they are growing with the newly added Contents Department - assisting especially Military family that have had all their belongings in storage while the serve only to come home and find damage and mold. Which includes the Ozone chamber that can remove smoke and other smells from furniture, etc. and Ultra-sonic cleaning room.

All the staff at NCNY has a heart to serve and are selfless in their 24/7. A team will soon be heading to North/South Carolina to assist with the Catastrophe Response team.

We're going to try something new this year... a Good Neighbor Giving Tree!

We're looking to sponsor 15-20 children in our community. If you, or someone you know is in need, please swing by either office for an application, or call our office(s) and we’re happy to email the application. There is no financial information required on the application as we're not in the business of judging anyone's needs, but please only fill one out if you need a little extra help this year.

If you’re able and willing to help, gift tags will be available in our office(s) November 1st.

More details to come as we get applications in. They must be received by the 1st of November so that people have time to shop. *You do NOT need to be a customer of ours to apply, this is for anyone in our community.

⭐ A woman in her 50’s who has struggled with nerve damage, chronic pain, and fibromyalgia for the past 20 years was able to complete our “Level Up” event this past Saturday and ran a 5K race the next day!!!!

⭐ A 59-year-old woman lost 20 lbs while working with her Personal Trainer over the last few months, and her doctor took her off all medications she had been on!

⭐ A woman in her 70's started working with her Personal Trainer here and, after just 2 sessions, she came to our "Level Up" event and crushed our "Yellow" level!! She did 10 body weight squats, 10 body weight dead lifts, overhead pressed 5 lbs 10 times, carried 45 lbs for 30 seconds, and did 6 modified burpees in 30 seconds!!

⭐ A woman in her 60's had a doctor's appointment this week and her LDL's (bad cholesterol) have decreased drastically, and her HDL's (good cholesterol) are on the rise! Her doctor was very impressed!
