To prepare for 2025, our team gathered for two days of professional development and outside inspiration at the Contemporary Arts Center and The Mercantile Library.

These creative venues helped set the tone for innovative thinking and aspirational programming. Together, we reflected on what we’ve achieved, but more importantly built a vision for what’s next—driven by creativity, collaboration, and a shared purpose.
