Hidden Shores at Lake Cisco TX

Hidden Shores POA has entered into a contract with Republic Services for our trash pickup.

The pickup day is still Thursdays. Each property owner will receive a bill each month for $25 for one trash bin and $5 extra for each additional bin. Properties that have trash bins now do not have to contact Republic as they already have all the billing info from the City of Cisco. All new construction will need to call Republic Services to start new service under the Hidden Shores contract.

HIDDEN SHORES ON LAKE CISCO POA WILL BE HOLDING ITS ANNUAL MEETING ON JULY 9, 2022, IN THE AUDITORIUM AT MYRTLE WILKS CENTER FROM 2 PM – 4 PM. WE WILL BE SERVING COOKIES, WATER, AND TEA.

If you have not heard, the boat dock gate has been damaged (again)
I will post pictures and an estimate of the cost this week.
If you know anything or saw anything please let one board members know. I can be reached by email ([email protected]), text ( 972-746-5910), or leave a message on the website.

If we can work with the individual to get it repaired, this would be great. If we cannot find out who did this, then hen the cost for the repairs will come out of the HOA account.
