New Year's Eve and New Year's week is rapidly approaching at the Ho**er Hotel in Clarksdale. Although Ground Zero has had a change in plans and will be closed until after the New Year, there are plenty of live music venues, restaurants and galleries open with live music each and every day. OPEN for Business includes: Red's, Bad Apple Blues Club, Hopson Commissary, Hambone Gallery, 252 Delta in front of CatHead, Madidi Bar, & Ho**er Grocer.

Stop the destruction of Street Art. Support the efforts to stop 238 Delta Avenue's reckless interior gutting of their building which is causing the mural wall owned by 248 Delta to collapse, taking all the murals with it. The owner works in Espey's City Hall; that's one way to get away with it.

Designed and built in true "Delta style" by Mississippi artisans, The Ho**er Hotel is a 740 square foot, ground floor flat with 2 bedrooms (king size beds with Magic Fingers), entertainment room, dining area, wet bar, large modern bathroom with 4' X 5' shower, and full kitchen with gas oven & stovetop, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
