One of the slide outs is a closet to hang your clothes located in the bedroom. The other two slide outs are for the rear living room and dining room area. d. The bathroom is off of the bedroom and has a sink with storage above it. There is a large stand up shower which fits my husband who is 6’ 4”. The living room has a TV that has an electric button to either have it up or down into the rear table. There is surround sound inside as well as outside. You can have the surround sound on just inside, outside or both. There is also an SD card slot in the entertainment center. There is a built in antenna on the camper for local channels and all the hookups necessary for cable. The kitchen has a three burner stove and an oven that runs off propane. The camper is equipped to hold two propane tanks. There is a double sink that also has covers so that it can be used as extra counter space. There is a microwave built in and a refrigerator. There is storage located throughout the camper above the recliners, loveseat, and in the kitchen. There is also lots of storage underneath the dining room table and below the TV back table. There is also a pantry in the kitchen. There is also storage in the front of the camper that can be locked up and has lights inside. There is an electronic canvas as well for shade. I am only asking what I owe on this camper which is $26,700 and that is the reason I am firm on the price. The payments for me are $242 dollars a month. I bought the extended warranty with the camper which is still active just in case anything malfunctions. It is currently parked at Eagles Landing RV Park which is where I have been staying while in Vet School. The camper is not that old, it is just too big for me to drive and since I am graduating soon I decided to try and sell it. If you are a student or even working here in town it is a great campsite to stay at. The water, electricity, garbage, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. There is also the option to rent their DirecTV cable boxes. There is a clubhouse located here that has two washers and dryers for you to do your laundry. The clubhouse also has a pool table, TV and full kitchen. It is very quiet here and the managers are very helpful with whatever you need to include filling your propane tanks promptly. If you are a football fan, there are Friday themed dinners and parties at the clubhouse and Saturday breakfast served for home games. They also bus the campers here to the football games for free which is great. This campground is also right across from the dollar store which is very convenient.
