You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes.
The person booking the home must be one of the occupants.
3 night minimum stay.
No grilling (charcoal or gas) on balconies at all (electric is OK).
No Smoking inside OR on balconies- $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit (Clearwater fire ordinance for condo living)
No Fishing Off the Docks (docks are privately owned)
No Parties
No Trailers
Key access may be needed for pool area even during the day time.
Code access is needed to use elevator from parking garage to unit
Code access is needed to enter front door
Washer and dryer in unit
Basic necessites supplied such as TP, paper towels, dish and dishwasher soap, hand soap, trash bags. Other items are up to you to get (laundry soap, body soap/shampoos, spices, etc.)
TRASH: right outside the door is a metal trash chute to toss trash into!
Quiet: Because these are homes and not everyone is renting, please don’t be disrespectful and loud especially after 10PM.
Pool & Hot tub area is open dusk to dawn. After dark, access may be blocked off (this is a Clearwater Beach rule)
Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is before 10am
