This is a great vacation destination however we also welcome corporate rentals as well as corporate retreats to our beautiful Clearwater Beach Florida condo unit. This 5th floor luxury waterfront vacation has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and generous square footage of 1800 square feet. This condo clearly has it all! Spend

the day lounging on your own private balcony or making sand castles with the kids at the beach just a short walk across the street. The Waterfront Master Suite has large walk in closet with plenty of storage. The master bath has garden tub, walk in shower and his and her vanity sinks. The 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and third bedroom has twin beds. The second bathroom has tub and shower with vanity sink. The well appointed kitchen has everything you will need for dining in or entertaining guests. There is a large living and dining area with plenty of seating. Washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Linens and towels are supplied as well as soap and shampoo and hair dryers. There is a waterfront heated pool and spa located within the property for your enjoyment. You are only steps from the gorgeous sugary white sands and turquoise waters of Clearwater Beach; as well as the new Beachwalk. A winding beachside promenade with lush landscaping, artistic touches and clear views to Clearwater's award-winning beach and the water beyond. Beach walk is great for bicycling, roller blading or just a leisurely stroll. Harborview Grande is located within walking distance of the famous Pier 60, Clearwater Marina, ?Beachwalk? and Shephards Restaurant and Night club. Walt Disney World is a 90 minute drive from Clearwater Beach. Located right in Tampa is Busch Gardens. I rarely give 5 stars but if I could give this place 6 I would. Outstanding communication from online reservations to check out. Beautiful condo on the bayside just across the street from the beach. We went to 3 different beaches during our stay. The public Clearwater beach, 10 minute walk, very crowded but nice. Shepard beach, across the street. They had live music, food and bar service. This is small but we liked it. Sand Key state park is just a 3 minute drive. Less crowded, beautiful beach where you can pack your own cooler. We went to Sand key twice and liked it the best.
Back to the condo. The views were amazing! We got to see dolphins everyday and manatees on our last day!!! This place has everything you need. Beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, ice packs, extra blankets, great beds, a fully stocked kitchen…I could go on and on!
Karen was so easy to communicate with! She responded quickly to any question we had!!! She has gone out of her way to make sure you don’t need anything during your stay!!
Everything is within walking distance from her condo. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a few blocks. Felt very safe walking around each evening!

Did you know that the best time to visit Clearwater Beach is the months of October, November and December. Low humidity, fewer tourists and great weather, unless of course there is a hurricane. 😳

Did you know there are 4 Frenchy's Restaurants in Clearwater Beach?
French's Original Cafe, Frenchy's Saltwater Cafe, Frency's Rockaway Grill and Frenchy's South Beach. We like the South Beach because it's a short walk from the condo but also like to go to Rockaway Grill up on North Beach. They are all good.

Clearwater Beach has an amazing promenade called Beach Walk that stretches from south beach up to Pier 60. It features paved paths for walking and biking, with lush landscaping, artistic touches, and clear views of the award-winning beach and the water beyond . On one side of the walk, there are white sand beaches and clear water, while on the other side, there are palm trees, accommodations, and stores.

This place was great. Karen was always available if we had any questions. It was ultra clean and location was great. I highly recommend this place to stay. Karen provided lots of details from places to eat to things to do. She has everything you could need for your stay. The view was great and it was so peaceful sitting on the balcony for your morning coffee to your evening beverage. We will definitely be back and look forward to it.
