The small town of Caldari di Ortona in Italy has a free wine fountain that offers locally-made wine and is open to everyone! It's not the first public wine fountain in Italy - Venice has had a fountain in St Mark's Square for it's annual carnival - still, the one in Ortona is open year round. Cheers! 🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷

This is probably the most visited cave in Malaysia. It's hard to believe looking at this photo isn't it? Pre-pandemic you would have to get up at the crack of dawn to enjoy the caves without the company of hundreds of tourists.

Worth it? Absolutely!!

Ngõ 224 Lê Duẩn is a narrow alley in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, known as , which sees a twice-daily speeding train pass close to buildings on either side of the tracks (the railroad tracks take up nearly the entire street).

The train passes at 3pm and 7pm daily, on the rail line between and in the south. The alley is so narrow that local residents must remove their personal belongings, including bicycles and children, before the train passes. Locals often sit on the tracks, drinking tea and playing checkers.

is a small ancient village in South-Eastern , and is definitely one of the country’s . Not because it has five-stars hotels or massive modern glass buildings. On the contrary, due to its small wooden cottages, which are painted in the most vibrant colours.

Women would paint flowers on their houses to hide imperfections. They used hair from cow tails for brushes and fat leftover from the dumplings they made for ink. They found inspiration in nature and local , so over time their paintings became both larger and more colourful.

Now the whole village is painted in this fashion. From barns and old fountains to fences, windows and interior walls. It’s a real delight!

has so many amazing views making it hard to pick a favorite. But at Kelingking Secret Point Beach the cliffs form in the shape of a T-Rex making it a top contender if not the winner just for it's cool factor 😎 🦖 👀

There is a walking path all along the spine of the T-Rex that leads to the beach and beyond, but beware before you venture onto that path. It's not an easy trek but well worth the effort!

Japans trains are reputably the most punctual in the world.💡 they issue passengers delay certificates if a train is running more than 5 minutes behind schedule? These certifiates are issued as proof of lateness for employers or teachers etc. Delay certificates are also issued on some trains in Germany and Paris.
