“Where do I even begin...Ted is an excellent host...very warm and welcoming, organized, easy at conversation and also respecting your space. The view...I have never been able to wake-up, sit-up, and see the magnificent ocean!!! I have never slept so well as I did in his Ocean room bed with my window open, listening to the waves lull me to sleep. It was everything I hoped for and more. Definitely will return!!!”

“Fabulous beach house just steps from the ocean! We loved all the wonderful amenities in the home. Plenty of room for our entire family and grandchildren. Comfy beds and so many comfy places to relax. The views were awesome too! Well stocked kitchen and bbq on the deck was a plus! We loved sitting in the hot tub watching the waves crash. We absolutely recommend a stay here! You won't regret it a minute!”

The TV room / Den just off the living room now boasts a new high-end sectional sofa sleeper. Watch movies on your fave streaming service in privacy and comfort. Sofa also pulls out to a nice queen-size sleeper. Glass doors close and have drop-down Roman blind for more privacy when guests sleep here. There’s also a desk with views out to the ocean if some privacy and inspiration is needed for getting a little work done.
