Most of you know we own a park model rental in Clermont Florida. (Rented til May of 2025).
Anyways, I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in renting a park model in Bonita Springs Florida. It's approx 20-30 mins to Bonita ⛱️ beach depending on traffic. It's between Ft Myers and Naples. Very nice area.

Below are pictures of the amenities.

It would be available Nov to May of this coming season.
30 day minimum stay. It's a 55+ community. PM for more details.

I don't have pictures of the model yet. Just getting feelers out to see if anyone would be interested.

🏠Our fully furnished Tiny Home (1 bedroom (king bed), 1 bath, sleeps 2) offers everything you will need to enjoy Easy Days relaxing or living it up. This beautiful and challenging 18 hole golf course community will keep you on your toes. There are 3 pools with hot tubs at each location. Along with that the community offers a billiard room, woodshop during the winter months, cantina, fire pits, corn hole boards and much more.

-Our Tiny Home can also be used for traveling nurses, doctors and professionals that need a short term lease contract.
Minimum stay 30 days.

Seasonal Vacation Pricing

Minimum 30 day stay

Nov 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025

1-2 month rental: $2,475 per month
3-4 month rental: $2,300per month.
5-6 month rental: $2,150 per month.

May 1st to Oct 31st 2024
$1800 per month

**All tenants have to register upon arrival with the main office. A $50 per/person will be collected by Clerbrook and you will be supplied with a gate code.

Golf cart rental: $350 per month

Reservation/Security Deposit: $1,000
100% refundable if canceled 90 days prior to arrival date.
50% refundable if canceled 60 days prior to arrival date.
NO REFUND if canceled in the last 59 days prior to arrival date.

Rent includes: WiFi, cable and water.
Tenants pay their own electric after a $100 allowance.

Cleaning fee: $250
